Our Men’s Strength Classes, led by Physiotherapist Kurt Crebbin, are designed for men who are either new to strength training or looking to re-engage with it. Throughout the series, you will develop the skills to integrate cutting-edge programming and technique into your own gym routine. In addition, we provide evidence-based insights on optimising recovery, ensuring you get the most out of your training sessions. You may also choose to continue with our ongoing classes for expert guidance.
These small group sessions, limited to 8 participants, run for 45 minutes and offer a safe, well-rounded resistance training program under professional supervision. The intimate group size ensures individualised attention and a tailored experience for each participant.
An initial assessment is required before joining the class. During this appointment, we will review your medical and exercise history, conduct basic strength assessments, and perform a body composition scan to assess muscle mass. You’ll also be introduced to the exercises in the program and provided with personalised variations if needed.
We take individual considerations into account to ensure both safety and effectiveness. However, if you require a more specialised approach, one-on-one sessions may be recommended. This will be discussed during your initial assessment.
