Administration

Kate Bauer

An outgoing person, Kate is always in search of an adventure, or something new to learn. Outside of work Kate is a keen cook and enjoys finding adventure on her paddle board or in her 4WD. She is always interested in having a chat with our team and clients about all of the above!

With many years’ experience working in the Allied Health industry Kate is no stranger to managing a bustling appointment schedule in the clinic to meet the needs of clients and to accommodate emergency treatments without compromise. She brings with her a strong understanding of the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS) for Allied Health. As a patient of The Joint prior to working for the clinic she is proud to be a part of a team providing successful treatment solutions.

Julie Strybosch

Julie is the Lead Client Experience Officer and has over twenty years experience managing Allied Health, GP clinics and retail stores, bringing a wealth of knowledge in customer service and training.

Being in medical administration allows Julie to blend her organisational skills with her love of helping people and utilise her varied skills to train and develop our team ensuring the bar is set very high in patient care.

Julie takes pride in her work and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure client needs are met, and all patients leave the practice with a smile.

When not at work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling to new locations and loves reading, in fact, Julie has set herself a challenge of reading 50 books this year!

Be sure to keep an eye out for at our Nundah clinic and say Hi.

Stephanie Victorsen

Steph started her career as a journalist, after completing a Bachelor of Journalism in 2009. She moved on to become a media advisor, before starting her family a few years ago.

Now a mum of two little boys, Steph works in the clinic at The Joint on a part time basis and looks after all things social media and marketing. She relishes the chance to be able to utilise her creative and writing skills!

Steph has a passion for people and health, and she absolutely loves being part of such a friendly, positive team here at The Joint.

In her spare time you will find Steph knee deep in Lego or cars with her boys, going to the gym or watching a movie with her husband. She also enjoys taking some time for myself to read or catch up with friends.

Khiarna Thompson

Khiarna is currently studying Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland. For her, being a part of the administrative team at an Allied Health clinic is quite fitting. Khiarna’s overarching goal in life has been to help as many people as she can, while she can. Partnered with her love and passion for sport, exercise and a strong belief that movement is the best form of medicine, Physiotherapy was the perfect fit.

When not studying, Khiarna enjoys spending time mountain climbing, going for runs and working out, but she is no stranger to the occasional Netflix binge. She has adored every moment working at The Joint. She loves having the opportunity to meet new people, to have a chat and to gain exposure to many different walks of life.

Zoe Willmott

Zoe loves being a part of The Joint’s Client Experience team. Zoe enjoys helping our valuable clients whilst creating a positive and caring environment. This passion and desire to want to help people and make a difference has inspired her to pursue further study in the Allied Health field, and she is currently studying a Diploma of Nursing at TAFE Queensland, with a view to pursuing a career in the Health sector.
Helping others has always been a passion of Zoe’s, and she aims to make a difference each day, when and where she can.

Zoe finds the atmosphere at The Joint positive and cheerful, and loves the fact that the team encourages and supports each other. She has enjoyed learning countless new skills and meeting many new people.
While not at work, Zoe enjoys working out, listening to music and spending time with friends and family.
