After sustaining an injury while playing competitive netball and experiencing first-hand the positive impact of physical therapy on rehabilitation, Hannah formed a passion for helping others through movement and exercise. Hannah graduated her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science with first class Honours in 2019. Throughout her degree, she formed a passion for helping those undergoing and recovering from cancer treatment, completing her Honours studies in the area of Prostate Cancer and exercise.
Throughout her professional career and personal experience, Hannah has developed a keen interest and experience helping those living with mental illness and mental health concerns. She enjoys empowering others to form a healthy relationship with exercise and find joy and confidence through movement. These values underpin Hannah’s treatment style as she enjoys collaborating with clients to create a sustainable, individual, and enjoyable exercise plan to improve independence, quality of life and overall well being.
