Holly began her career in coaching in her teenage years and has since expanded her knowledge by completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland. She believes exercise is for everybody and works with her clients to determine a realistic and manageable treatment plan.
Holly aims to apply her vast knowledge to help her clients relieve pain and live a healthy lifestyle. Holly has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She has a background in CrossFit and understands the value of training various components of fitness. Holly uses an evidence-based approach to reduce risk of injury, improve performance, and rehabilitate her clients.
