Lochie Higgins is a physiotherapist specialising in the treatment of overuse and endurance sport injuries, with a particular focus on RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) LEA (Low energy availability), stress fractures, tendon pathologies, and performance coaching. With a strong background in triathlon and strength & conditioning, he competes in Ironman 70.3 events and understands firsthand the demands of endurance sports.
Beyond injury management and performance, Lochie is committed to addressing the challenges of early specialisation in youth sports. He is building a community that supports young individuals in high-training environments, ensuring they have access to quality coaching and development strategies that help mitigate the poor outcomes often associated with early specialisation and promote long-term injury risk reduction.
