Booking & Appointment Policy
Appointments can be made via:
- Our online booking system at www.thejointnundah.com, or
- By phone on 07 3191 4455.
You will receive an email once your booking has been successfully made.
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment begins on time. The full consultation fee will still apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may incur a fee equal to the full consultation cost.
- To cancel or reschedule, please call us, leave a voicemail, or email us at info@thejointnundah.com. This policy ensures we can offer your appointment time to another client in need of care.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept:
- EFTPOS, credit and debit cards
- Private health fund payments (for eligible services)
Refunds are not generally issued once a consultation has been provided, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Private health insurance rebates may be available for Physiotherapy and exercise Physiology consultations, depending on your level of cover. Medicare rebates may also apply if you have an eligible referral under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan or other program.
